Our guide to the most romantic spots in Melbourne

Our guide to the most romantic spots in Melbourne

Romance, love, the connection between two people, no matter how you put it, or what you call it, it’s special to you. Our team have searched high and low, around every corner in our amazing city to understand the best spots to go for romance!

Melbourne culture has been embrassed so dont expect cliché ideas, this list will rock your world!

LUI BAR

For an amazing view that most have forgotten check out the Lui Bar at Vue de Monde on level 55 at Rialto, 525 Collins Street.

Lui bar is the epitome of class and charisma. Whether you seek an intimate Tête-à-tête on our chaise lounge clusters or an elegant bar-side celebration, every seat enjoys spectacular views over Melbourne.

Our once famed observation deck has been transformed into Shannon Bennets Vue de Monde and Lui Bar. While the restaurant is on the pricey side, a cocktail on the other hand at Lui Bar is only slightly exhorbitant and certainly worth a every cent.

TOFF IN TOWN

One of our favourite spots at midnight, Toff certainly caters to a late night crowd.  The bar and kitchen play host to your dinner and supper until 3am weekdays and 5am on the weekends.

The carriage room is our best spot, with hidden booths, rooftop access and much morem the Toff is certainly somewhere for romance in the dark!

Resembling something from the movie, the Orient Express, expect deep sexy sounds (we mean music people!) and some of the best asian infused food in Melbourne.

We recommend the foor at Toff including the sweetie, sweetie, darling coconut crepe cake & raspberry sauce. Try the cocktails including a local favourite, ‘the british garden’.

MELBOURNES RIVER FRONT

RIVER.jpg

Many forget our city is at its heart, a river city with the Yarra River flowing through it. We suggest you catch any tram along Elizabeth Street and get off at the end outside Flinders Street station. Walk under the station and come out the otherside to a network of river walkways. There are lots of spots to stop and take a selfie or simply a deep breath and look at the amazing views around you.
